  • Each week, you'll come to Village for 50-minute group personal training sessions. These sessions are led by 1 coach and have up to 8 clients. We start with a comprehensive warm-up and core work. Once your body is primed, we move to strength training. Our strength training utilizes our proven 12 Movement Standards. These are the BEST 12 exercises for people 40+. Then, we move to our heart rate push of the workout, the Apex. This part of the workout is designed to prove to you that you’re capable of doing hard things! We finish every session with breathing, stretching, and mobility exercises.

  • "That's a car payment!" is something I used to hear quite often from new clients. This is a value issue. How you spend your money and your time shows what you prioritize. The bad news about those who value a car that they don't actually own (the bank does) is that it won't last for life whereas your body WILL. How well your body works is entirely dependent on how you care for and invest in it. 

    Listen, the government, big pharma, and big healthcare are NOT about keeping you healthy. If YOU don't invest in your health no one else will.
