Weekly Sessions
Each week, you’ll come in for in-person group nutrition coaching sessions. During the sessions, we will teach you what to eat and what not to eat. There will be live cooking demos. Most importantly, we will hold you accountable to making step-by-step nutrition changes.
Progressive Levels
We’ve created an easy to follow and simple step-by-step nutrition program. The program is split into levels that will help you to stack up health habits so you can lose weight, increase energy levels, and take back your health.
Accountability
Knowing what you need to do isn’t enough. You need to actually DO IT! This is where the accountability and guidance of a nutrition expert comes in. Our nutrition coaches follow up with clients consistently to make sure they stay on track and hit their goals.

Our nutrition approach at Village is an EASY to follow step-by-step process designed to optimize your metabolism and HEALTH.
Each week, you'll join our nutrition experts for in-person nutrition coaching sessions. We are going to tell you what to eat, what not to eat, and how to build lifelong health habits.

We don’t follow any specific diet. Our program focuses on eating lots of vegetables, well-sourced animal products, nuts, seeds, and other whole foods. If we had to pick one, I would say we align most closely with the ancestral diet.
From a nutrition coaching perspective, we give you a step-by-step approach to making change through our nutrition coaching cards. Then, we educate on the WHY through each of our Village Principles.
Through a step-by-step program, accountability, and amazing community, our Small Group Training program is able to get you real results in just 12 weeks.
Obviously you have to show up, make the changes and do the work, but it's so much easier with a team and community in your corner every step of the way.

Our program has a full guide that includes a shopping list for the fridge, freezer, and pantry. Part of our program includes a monthly kitchen cleanout, so we provide resources on what to purchase to replace items you may be removing from your kitchen.

Our program is structured in levels. In level 1, there is no specific cooking requirement, and all food can be eaten and included as long as it fits within your personalized calorie, protein, carbohydrates, and fat requirements. As you develop in the program and move on to later levels, there will be more specific challenges related to cooking and intake.

Yes! Most weeks that you come in for your group coaching session, you will receive a curated recipe that we hope you will try at some point over the week. We also do cooking demos and samples of the recipe in your session so you can see the method, ask questions, and taste it.

Our most successful participants lose about 5 pounds and 1 inch off their waist each month that they are in Accelerated Nutrition Coaching. These high-performers are spending extra hours on the weekend grocery shopping and meal prepping, and they attend their hour-long group coaching session every week. Our program is designed to gently move you from level 1 all the way to level 12 over the course of around 2 years. Many of the levels are focused on different types of habits and food related tasks, so you’ll never get bored! Each week you come in for your nutrition coaching session, the content will be fresh, and the recipes will always change. Most people stay in Accelerated Nutrition Coaching until they reach their health and fitness goals, and feel confident in their knowledge and ability to sustain their new habits indefinitely.

Your participation in the program starts off with a 30 minute consultation with our Director of Nutrition, to ensure that you can enroll in Accelerated Nutrition Coaching safely. Even though this is a group program, it can be modified to meet specific dietary needs, and adjusted to make sure you stay safe. You should always consult your doctor before undertaking any new diet or fitness programs to get their approval.
