Village Fajitas
Ingredients (Serves 2):
1/2 lb grass-fed beef or chicken strips
1 cup bell peppers, sliced
1/2 cup onions, sliced
1 tbsp avocado oil
1 tsp cumin
1 tsp chili powder
1/2 tsp smoked paprika
1 avocado, sliced
2 Ezekiel tortillas or lettuce wraps.
Instructions:
Heat oil in a skillet and cook beef or chicken strips until browned.
Add peppers, onions, and spices. Cook until veggies are tender.
Serve in tortillas or lettuce wraps with avocado slices.
