Village Fajitas

Ingredients (Serves 2):

  • 1/2 lb grass-fed beef or chicken strips

  • 1 cup bell peppers, sliced

  • 1/2 cup onions, sliced

  • 1 tbsp avocado oil

  • 1 tsp cumin

  • 1 tsp chili powder

  • 1/2 tsp smoked paprika

  • 1 avocado, sliced

  • 2 Ezekiel tortillas or lettuce wraps.

    Instructions:

    1. Heat oil in a skillet and cook beef or chicken strips until browned.

    2. Add peppers, onions, and spices. Cook until veggies are tender.

    3. Serve in tortillas or lettuce wraps with avocado slices.
