Sessions at Village are 50 minutes and check all your boxes for strength, flexibility, cardio, balance, and joint health. Our coaches are hand picked by doctors of physical therapy at Village for their competence, compassion, energy, and ability to recognize potential injuries before they happen. Our sessions are expertly designed for 8 members to receive individualized attention. This includes hands-on form cues, customized exercise selection, and guidance through out signature strength-building 12 Movement Standards™️ Our exciting sessions also include just the right amount of warm up to limber-up, a heart rate pushing cardio section we call the Apex, and a lights-out-eyes-closed wind-down at the end to leave you feeling refreshed and ready for the world after every workout.

Nutrition

Our nutrition approach at Village is a personalized coaching process designed to optimize your metabolism and HEALTH. We offer personal nutrition coaching as well as free nutrition education to all of our clients. We are going to tell you what to eat, what not to eat, and how to build lifelong health habits. Our NEW nutrition method has been PROVEN to work. Being healthy is supposed to be simple. That's what nutrition coaching at Village is all about. If you follow the process, we GUARANTEE you'll transform your health and get RESULTS. 

By the way, there’s no gross powders or expensive supplements for sale here. We emphasize REAL, DELICIOUS foods that have been eaten by the world’s fittest cultures for generations.
