  • Sessions at Village are 50 minutes and check all your boxes for strength, flexibility, cardio, balance, and joint health. Our coaches are hand picked by doctors of physical therapy at Village for their competence, compassion, energy, and ability to recognize potential injuries before they happen. Our sessions are expertly designed for 8 members to receive individualized attention including hands-on form cues, customized exercise selection, and guidance through out signature strength-building 12 Movement Standards. Our exciting sessions also include just the right amount of warm up to limber-up, a heart rate pushing cardio section call the Apex, and a lights-out-eyes-closed wind-down at the end to leave you feeling refreshed and ready for the world after every workout.

  • Each week, you'll come to Village for 50-minute group personal training sessions. These sessions are led by 1 coach and have up to 8 clients. We start with a comprehensive warm-up and core work. Once your body is primed, we move to strength training. Our strength training utilizes our proven 12 Movement Standards. These are the BEST 12 exercises for people 40+. Then, we move to our heart rate push of the workout, the Apex. This part of the workout is designed to prove to you that you’re capable of doing hard things! We finish every session with breathing, stretching, and mobility exercises.

  • Our nutrition approach at Village is an EASY to follow step-by-step process designed to optimize your metabolism and HEALTH. Each week, you'll join our nutrition experts for in-person nutrition coaching sessions. We are going to tell you what to eat, what not to eat, and how to build lifelong health habits. Our NEW nutrition method has been PROVEN to work. Being healthy is supposed to be simple. That's what nutrition coaching at Village is all about. If you follow the process, we GUARANTEE you'll transform your health and get RESULTS. By the way, there’s no gross powders or expensive supplements for sale here.   • "That's a car payment!" is something I used to hear quite often from new clients. This is a value issue. How you spend your money and your time shows what you prioritize. The bad news about those who value a car that they don't actually own (the bank does) is that it won't last for life whereas your body WILL. How well your body works is entirely dependent on how you care for and invest in it. 

    Listen, the government, big pharma, and big healthcare are NOT about keeping you healthy. If YOU don't invest in your health no one else will.
